I tried to stifle the laught but it got away from me and came out my nose in a decidedly unfeminine honk.  It sounded enough like a sneeze that I rolled with it, coughed into my hand a couple of times and tried to rearrange my face before I spoke.

I loved the first two books in the series and so far, this one is soooo good.  Really.  I am at the point that I am going to be reading this to others to get them to read the series.  It's so great to read a book that is this good!

I spun aroun, not recognizing the coice behind me. Then my mouth dropped open.  It was the dark-haired kid I had crashed a car to protect.  Except now he looked anything but scared.
