Publisher's Description
Ten-year-old Jake is a chronic daydreamer. Constantly drifting off in class, at home, and even during Little League, Jake has become the outcast of the 4th grade. That is, until the night he dreams he saves the neighbor''s kid from a monster and, the next day, the little boy actually thanks him. Jake soon learns he is this generation''s "Dreaming" - the chosen one who can enter people''s dreams and save their souls from the evil creature known only as Nocturnus. Now, Jake must master the ways of the Dreaming World and defeat Nocturnus before he gains enough power to cross over to the Waking World and put us all to sleep forever!

*Why I want to read this: There was a comic preview of this book on Free Comic Book Day in 2011, unfortunately I didn't see it at any of the comic stores I went to that day.  The story is supposed to be written in prose and while it is written for kids, I think the storyline sounds fantastic. - Jessica
